Register Online (ONLY for classes held at UU Marin)

• Fee for CPR: $35 per person.
• Sign up for a class online by clicking on the Register Online link above
• Follow the prompts for credit card or e-check payments.
• Registration is confirmed by email when payment is received.
• After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email within two working days.

For Private or In-Home Class

Before registering online, please schedule your date and time by contacting: georgia@cprfamily.com or call 415-608-8308.

Please indicate whether a weekday, weekend or weeknight is preferred.

To secure the date, register online by clicking on Register Online (or by mail) in advance, within one week of scheduling a private class.

 

• Three persons miminum:
  • Fee for CPR: $95 per person.
  • Host will make advance payment online to secure the date

 

• 4 or 5 persons:

• Fee for CPR: $75 per person
• Host will make advance payment online to secure the date

 

 

• 6 persons or more (fewer than 15):

• Fee for CPR: $55 per person.
• Host will make advance payment online to secure the date.
• Payment will cover the minimum 6 persons.
• For classes of over 6 persons, the remainder will be collected at class by instructor (cash or check).

• 15 persons or more:
  • Fee for CPR: $40 per person.
  • Host will make advance payment online to secure the date.
  • Payment will cover the minimum 15 persons.
  • There is no maximum: host decides, based on space available in the home.
  • Host must provide sufficient space for the number of persons enrolled.
  • For classes over 15 persons, the remainder will be collected at class by instructor (cash or check).

 

• 20 persons or more
  • Fee for CPR: $35 per person.
  • Host will make advance payment online to secure the date.
  • Payment will cover the minimum 15 persons.
  • There is no maximum: host decides, based on space available in the home.
  • Host must provide sufficient space for the number of persons enrolled.
  • For classes over 15 persons, the remainder will be collected at class by instructor (cash or check).

   

To hold your space or to secure your date for a private class, you must include the class date along with your check.

Include your email address to receive email confirmation.

Registration is confirmed when payment is received.

 

Certification

For an additional $5 fee, payable at class time you will receive certification through CPR Family:

• CPR for Family Caregiver taken for the first time is good for: 1 year
• CPR for Family Caregiver within 2 years of first certification is good for: 2 years
• First Aid for Family Caregiver is good for: 2 years

 

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

• Please contact CPR Family to cancel or reschedule.
• Minimum 48 hour notice is required to reschedule a class.
• With notice, your fee will be applied to another CPR Family class, based on availabilty, minus $12 Admin. fee.
• The Admin. fee can be paid online (see Register Online).
• Reschedule does not apply to venues other than UU Marin.
• Please see their websites for cancellation policies.
• Less than 48 hours notice forfeits the class and no refund will apply.
